Bulk Foods Return Policy

At Bulk Foods, a subsidiary of What A Crock Meals, we are committed to providing high-quality grocery goods. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is a legitimate issue with the item received.

Product Inspection & Refund Eligibility

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting all products before leaving the store.
  • For delivery orders, customers must inspect their items immediately upon receipt.
  • If there is an issue with a product, you must contact us on the same day you receive your order to be considered for a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

No Refunds or Returns for the Following

  • If you changed your mind, did not like the product, or purchased it by mistake.
  • Any item that has already been opened or used.
  • Any issue reported after the same day of purchase or delivery.

Since we cannot resell products once they leave our store, all sales are considered final except in cases of product defects.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. In-Store Purchases: Bring the product back to the store for inspection.
  2. Delivery Orders: Contact us the same day you receive your order to report any concerns.
  3. All Claims Must Include:
    • A description of the issue.
    • Photos of the product (for delivery orders).
    • The original packaging and proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to inspect and determine the validity of all claims before issuing a refund or replacement.
