Where are we located?

Collingdale is our only open Bulk Foods Delco shopping and pickup location. We are located in the What a Crock Meals Warehouse at 1220 MacDade Blvd, Collingdale PA, 19023. Turn right at the green house on MacDade Blvd, then follow the driveway back to the warehouse. Come on in the garage door and ring the doorbell for service.

Our Brookhaven and Booths Corners locations are closed. If Collingdale is not convenient, order online and select Delivery at checkout to see whether delivery is available for your address.

Can anyone come shop?

Yes. Our Collingdale store is open to the public - no membership or sign-up required. Brookhaven and Booths Corners are closed.

How do we get our products?

In some case we just find great deals from the vendors or manufacturers we work with through What a Crock and pass the savings on to our customers.

A large portion of our inventory comes from canceled contracts. This happens when a large company has a contract to buy a certain amount of food and they do not meet their commitment for that week, month, quarter, etc. The food then goes up for auction. The distributor or manufacturers do not care what they sell it for because the company that signed the contract is responsible for paying the difference.

We're able to bid in theses auctions because we have the storage capacity to buy very large lots of food, and our owner (Justin) is crazy enough to purchase tractor trailer loads of things like french fries or fillet mignon. When we win a bid, we will post the products on bulkfoodsdelco.com and Facebook. Most of the products we post will be up to 50% less then wholesale pricing.

How do I order?

You can place an order through this site by clicking Order Online. You will be able to select the items you want and set a pickup time. When you arrive at Collingdale, our team will have the order ready and waiting for you.

If Collingdale pickup is not convenient, select Delivery at checkout to see the delivery options available for your address.

Customers can also come in and shop at the Collingdale warehouse during posted hours - online orders are not required.

When can I pick up my order?

Orders may be picked up in-store immediately after placement during operating hours. You can have a friend or family member pick an order up for you as long as they provide us with the correct order number.

Orders must be picked up within 30 days of purchase. If the order isn't picked up within 30 days, the order's contents will be released and sold. We cannot provide refunds for any order not picked up within 30 days.
